| Non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the hunt date. Deposit
= 1/2 down. |
| Reservations confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
Personal checks may be accepted for deposits only. |
| In case of a cancellation we will do everything possible to
reschedule at a future date. |
| Deposits are non-refundable and are applied to the total fee at the
end of the hunt. |
| Remaining balances are due upon departure from hunt. |
| Cash, Cashiers Check, and Money Order are the primary methods that
will be accepted for payment. |
| Upon receipt of deposit, written confirmation will be sent. |
| Hunters requested to bring ice chest and ice for the animal
harvested. |
